Our own made Staggis Pies (Steak and Haggis) are a favourite of ours.  A delicious layer of our juicy beef steak and gravy topped with a layer of our own made haggis and finished with a crispy puff pasty lid. An extremely tasty combination and great for something different to try. Ready to eat or simply heat, serve and enjoy.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Meat filling: Beef, cornflour, modified starch (E1422), salt, Wheat flour, flavour enhancer (E621), colour (E150c), onion powder, spices (including Celery), dextrose, Soya protein concentrate, Rusk (Wheat flour), salt. Haggis: Lamb Offal 25%, Beef Fat 12.5%, Haggis Seasoning (Salt, Rusk (fortified Wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine) salt), Spices (black pepper, coriander, ginger, allspice), Spice Extract, Flavour Enhancer E621), Onions. Pastry Shell: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Wheat Gluten), Water, Rice Flour, Shortening (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil). Pastry Lid: Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin; Wheat Gluten), Margarine, Water.
