Native Scotch Beef

We source top quality, grass fed beef from local Scottish farmers. We prefer the native breeds such as Galloway, Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn Cattle.  The Galloway have a thick double black coat, making them hardy enough to live in the extremes of the weather. Our winters can be very... long and cold, with snow clinging onto the high hills well into Spring.  Our beef is aged for a minimum of 4 weeks and the result is the most delicious tasting beef ever.

At times we may only have frozen stock available while other beef is hung to age away in our dedicated hanging chill.

We offer many different cuts of  Native Scottish Beef expertly prepared by our in-house butchers which can be purchased as individual products or you may prefer to select one of our great value Native Beef Boxes.
