We cooked your 3kg Ceremonial Haggis last Saturday for a large group of
friends as we celebrated our first year in our newly rennovated house. It
was magnificent and many of our friends commented that they had never had
Haggis so good. We cooked it in a steam oven at 90 degrees C for 2 1/2
hours and it was perfect and ready for the ceremonial stabbing! We will
never buy Haggis anywhere else again. Thank you for helping to make our
party a huge success, and maybe an annual fixture! Gill Thewlis
Thank you so much for our lovely turkey Ben and team. The bird cooked very easily, was deep breasted with plenty of firm textured white meat for ten hungry people. As a dark meat specialist, the legs, back meat and wings were lovely eating and I got them all to myself.
And as for the Blackface mmutton – what can I say? I cooked it in line with one of the recipes on the web site – 5 hours at 180c with red wine, stock, orange juice and onion & garlic. Just wonderful. My wife, who was very uncertain, having never eaten proper mutton, was blown away by the flavour.
And that gravy! WOW! Thank you all. We’ll sure be back for more.

Second year we have had a Galloway beef rib for Christmas dinner, and again the meat was simply wonderful, the most tender and flavoursome beef we have tasted. Thank you again,and would highly recommend for any special occasion. GH

I have recently bought half a 5 year old mutton sheep and made a curry with
a diced shoulder. I would just like to say how wonderful your meat is. I was
brought up partly on family sheep farms in South Africa and your mutton is
as close to what we would eat out there; wonderful. Once again thanks very
much.
Married to a Scot, I HAD to get a Haggis for Burn’s night and some game from
‘up North’. Your parcel arrived with the meat still cold and, first
impressions, it did look absolutely beautiful and packed with such care.
We have had the partridge (excellent!) and the haggis was the best we ever had, south of the border anyway. We will be roasting the phaesant this week-end and I am looking forward to my freezer emptying a bit so that I can place another order. Thank you for providing such excellent products!
