Our outdoor reared pork belly is boneless, this cut is ideally slow roasted.  Left flat with a succulent layer of fat which our butchers will score to produce a lovely crackling.  The delicious flavour of our pork reflects the natural diets of which these free to roam pigs are able to have throughout there life.

Frozen product: We pack all products with ice and in insulated boxes however this product may start to thaw during delivery, if so please do not re-freeze.
