Spring Update

Despite the recent snow falls we are optimistic that there are a few signs spring is on the way. We can look forward to warmer weather and lighter nights, but sadly this means another Game Bird Season has passed by. We will of course keep stocks in our freezer for those of you with delicious recipes that won’t wait until the new season to be enjoyed.
Fortunately we still have ourĀ  Ayrshire Rose Veal, Galloway Beef, Blackface 5 year old Mutton, Sandy & Black Pork and Scottish Venison available throughout the year and our ever popular Blackface Lambs will continue until Easter. Our Butchers are busy preparing our secret recipe Haggis and our ever expanding range of Burgers and Sausages. They love trying new recipes so if any of you have any ideas we would love to hear from you.
