Real Scotch Egg with Haggis

Wrap a hard boiled egg (boil for 5-8 minutes) in a layer of cold Blackface haggis.  Gently roll in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180C till Golden.
May be eaten hot or cold.
