Our very special milk fed Scottish Blackface Lamb is now available to order for home delivery from Friday 21st June 2019. These will be available for the last week in June and also the first week in July.
Many of the London Chefs that we supply like to have our Pyrenean style Blackface Lamb and continue to add it to their menus each year. These delightfully sweet tasting lambs are a wonderful treat and only available for a few weeks each year. They have a very delicate texture and the buttery flavour is second to none.

Limited Seasonal Saltmarsh Lamb now available to pre-order
We are delighted to let you know that we have again sourced some wonderful #saltmarsh lambs from beautiful south-west Scotland. These will be ready for home delivery during the first two weeks in July. As the name suggests, these lambs graze naturally on the coastal marsh lands that are covered by the spring tides. Their diet consists of a variety of wild plants, herbal grasses and minerals found only on these salt marshes. The result is a delicious sweet (not salty) flavour of unique taste and texture. Not to be missed – limited stock.
We offer two different sized boxes containing either a Whole Saltmarsh Lamb £189.95 (incl. delivery) or Half Saltmarsh Lamb £99.95 (incl. delivery)
