We source our wild venison from traditional Scottish stalking estates. The loin fillet or tenderloin as it is also known is the most tender cut and extremely lean. This is a quick cooking succulent meat, low in cholesterol and fat. The loin fillet is delivered to you whole but you may prefer to cut in into scrumptious venison fillet medallion steaks. Either way you will delighted with the taste.
