Wild Hare Whole Oven Ready
Hare has a distinct dark meat with a rich ‘gamey’ flavour, high in protein and is extremely low in fat. Wild hare meat is best served long and slow, ideally braised. Or why not go that one step further and give the authentic hare recipe, Classic Civet of Hare otherwise known as Jugged Hare a try.
