Our Blackface Lamb Box contains a whole lamb traditionally butchered into the following:

2 x Blackface Lamb Legs (left whole or cut into 2 joints)

2 x Whole Shoulder of Blackface Lamb (boned & rolled)

20-24 x Blackface Lamb Chops (all the chops from the Lamb)

2 x Blackface Lamb Kidneys

2 x Whole Blackface Lamb Flanks (can be minced if prefer)*

2 x Blackface Lamb Shanks

1 x 500g Blackface Bung Haggis
