Red leg also known as the French Partridge is becoming an increasingly more popular meat.  A really delightful game bird, delicate in flavour and easy to cook.  We stuff the partridge with our own made pork sausage meat and wrap in prime streaky bacon, ready to pop straight in the oven.  We also offer our speciality of Red Leg Partridge stuffed with our own made Scottish Haggis.
