Old Grouse (Long Leg)


Long Leg Old Grouse is quite simply just plucked.

This bird comes with head, feet and guts intact – only the feathers have been removed.

Overyeared or old grouse simply means that it hatched the year prior to being harvested.  Ideally slow cooked at a lower temperature, these fine birds have a remarkable flavour.
