Sarah Darlington originally created this tangy pickle for her farmer husband to have with his daily Ploughman’s lunch. It took seven attempts before he finally gave it his seal of approval, hence it’s name – Ploughman’s Pickle No.7

Ingredients: Carrots, Bramley apples, sugar, onions, water, spirit vinegar, malt vinegar (from barley), swede, cauliflower, cornflour, dates, gherkins, tomato paste, colour: natural caramel, garlic, spices, salt.
No artificial colours or preservatives.
