Our intensely flavoured 5 year old mutton shoulder has the bone removed, rolled and tied by our skilled butchers. The Blackface Mutton shoulder is best slow roasted to help keep in the fuller flavour of the meat and is easy to carve. The rich dark meat paired with rosemary and garlic is a match made in heaven.
