
We were both surprised and delighted to find we were picked as one of Tom Parker Bowles top 10 rare-breed meat producers and butchers, in the article ”Good things come to those who wait” in Country Life magazine, April 10, 2019. The well known British food writer and food critic, son of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, highlights the importance of high welfare traditional farming methods and the quality of meat produced from our wonderful rare breeds.
