Scottish Blackface Mutton 2 Year Old Box

This mutton is a tremendous combination of the sweetness of a young lamb with the flavour and texture of the five year old mutton.

Please specify in the comments section of the order page if you would like the shoulder diced.

We keep some lambs back for a second summer on the hill. The carcass weight increases to approx 25kg.

Half a mutton comprises a leg in 1 or 2 joints, a boned and rolled shoulder and chops/rack.

This season ends at Easter
