½ Iron Age Pig box

Butchered into labelled joints as per your specification & sausages.

The standard format is:

• 3 leg joints,
• 3 boned and rolled shoulder joints and the loin cut into chops which are packed in 4's.
• The remainder is made into sausages.

If you would rather have trotters, ears, belly etc, this is possible - Please note special requirements on the order form.

*When you order ½ an Iron Age Pig the prices are quoted per kg carcass weight. (Carcass normally 50-60kg, so 1/2 is c.25-30kg). The price you pay is based on £5.90 per kilo.  The price shown is a guide price and will usually be lower than this.  We will contact you once we have the weight of the pig and tell you the exact price.
