Fallow Deer Box

If you would like to try something new we will have Sika and Fallow deer boxes until Easter. The meat is extremely versatile and tasty, as well as being one of the healthiest around. At Christmas Hugh Fernley Whittingstall cooked up a storm of dishes using different cuts of Sika deer. You can now try this delightful meat for yourself.  Half a deer as:

• the haunch jointed,
• 2 x 500g diced 
• striploin
