AA veal box

Following customer suggestions we have changed our AA Veal Box contents.  We are still using our local, welfare-friendly, pedigree Ayrshire veal. We are trialling this for May, June and July and would welcome your feedback. The box offers outstanding value for money; we cannot find any online or local butcher at a better price.  It also contains a great mix of cuts.  Osso Buco is still available on the pick and mix page of the website.  We now also have boxes of Veal Escallopes available.

The AA Veal Box now contains:

Diced veal from the forequarter    500g

Minced veal from the forequarter  1kg

2 fillet steaks

Veal 2 bone rib for roasting                                                                         

Veal rump steak x 2                         175g each

Escallopes x 2 packs                        500g each
