We were amazed at how big this show was, especially as it was combined with the BBC Gardeners World Live Show. We saw several of our customers there. It is so good to put a face to a name and have a chat about our products and favourite game recipes. So thank you to all those who came to see us. We had lots of feedback, mainly good I'm please to say and some that we will use to improve our service. For instance, we had several comments on our Veal information. There has been so much interest in veal over the past year and although our veal calves, from my brother's dairy herd of pure Ayrshires, are extremely carefully looked after we have not put enough information onto the website about them. So over the next few weeks we'll be taking some pictures and putting them on the website so that everyone can see the calves and the conditions that they live in. We are proud to follow and exceed the RSPCA guidelines for our animal welfare standards.
Our next event is at the Dumfries Show on 1st August.
