Blackface Mutton, 5 year old and 2 year old (hogget) make a great family meal. A roasted leg will serve up to 16 if carefully carved, and diced mutton makes heavenly tagine or our Fast Slow Stew.
Our Blackface Lamb will be out of season after Easter, so if you want some for the freezer now is the time.
TheEaster Box will give you a great mix of products to carry you through the long weekend. A whole leg of lamb, a kilo of mutton diced, a 2 kg pork joint and 4 venison steaks for only £79 delivered to your door.
We have just started up facebook and twitter accounts, following customer requests for discussion groups and our blog (on Twitter). There are links at the bottom of the page if you'd like to have updates from these. I am in the process of adding lots of photos to the facebook page, so far its the pigs that have this glory. There will be others.
Venisonis available from us, fresh, thoughout the year. We have Red Scottish Deer (venison) Roe, Fallow and Sika boxes.
