We'd like to thank you for helping us to win the Scottish Countryside Alliance Award for the Best Local Food. It was your nominations that got us through to the shortlist and on Tuesday evening we picked up the award in Holyrood. It was our mutton and our care of the environment that helped us to achieve the top spot. We will now be going to the national final in London in February next year.
We'd like to wish you all a great festive period and a happy New Year. The turkeys have all sold out though we still have some pheasants and partridge. Other items still available for Christmas are listed on the website, or call us for details. We only have beef and game going out in Christmas week itself, though we can send other items on the 17th (stocks allowing). www.blackface.co.uk
In January our first game deliveries will be on the 7th January and our red meat starts on the 14th.
