Our delicious Easter Boxes are now available to order…

We will be dispatching all Easter orders on Tuesday 11th for delivery to you on Wednesday 12th April, in plenty of time for Easter Sunday (16th April).  Our Easter Boxes are however also available for delivery to you on Thursday 6th and Thursday 20th April if you prefer.

*Please note final deliveries for our Blackface Lamb will be on Thursday 6th April – this marks the end of our Lamb season. We will however have Milk Fed Lambs available for a few weeks in June and we will be in touch with further details nearer the time.

Our Ayrshire Veal…

Our Ayrshire Veal is available the week running up to Easter, with delivery to you on Wednesday 12th April.  Our Veal is sourced from a pedigree herd of Ayrshire cattle right here in South West Scotland.  The tender meat is perfect for grilling, frying and roasting and has a delicate buttery flavour. A must try!

Ayrshire Veal Box

1 x 3 bone rib for roasting

2 x 500g Minced veal from the forequarter

1 x pack of 2 fillet steaks (100g per steak)

2 x Rump steaks  (175g per steak)

2 x 500g packs of Escallopes (3-4 Escallopes in each)
1 x 500g diced Veal  from the forequarter

Ayrshire Veal Escalope and Steak Box

3 x 500g packs (3-5 escalopes)

1 x pack of 2 Ayrshire Veal Fillet Steaks (approx 90g per steak)
