Bronze Turkeys
The Bronze Turkey is acclaimed as one of the best tasting turkeys around. We keep a small number of Bronze turkeys up at Overfingland. We also buy some in from like-minded producers. They thrive in a free range environment, out on the hill.
We send them out by carrier, fresh, oven ready, in the week before Christmas, or Thanksgiving. If you would like to try something different at Christmas, give us a call.

I just wanted to say thank you for the meat you sent us which made our Christmas perfect. The venison striploin, which we cooked with a port and redcurrant sauce and caramelised pears on Christmas Eve, was out of this world and our turkey was the best any of us had ever eaten.
