I am thrilled to have found a company which provides such superb
quality meat. We had lamb chops that night, the grouse Friday, a leg of lamb Saturday and
a Shepherd's pie with the left overs on Sunday. All were beautifully succulent and
flavoursome - the best lamb we have ever eaten! We've never cooked grouse
before and it was gorgeous! We will certainly order another lamb when they are available again!
