Our excellent local butcher in Dumfries makes Haggis for us. We selected them for their tried, tested and tremendously popular haggis recipe of three generations.

An Iron Age pig is a cross between a Wild Boar and a Tamworth Sow. The succulent pork is a taste sensation.

We fatten a small number of Bronze turkeys for Christmas. They run free range up at Overfingland.
